Wow...I'm just amazed already! My favorite parts of this colorful book, aside from the storyline, are the awesome tip sheet for parents and the 4 recipes for gluten-free, dairy-free and sugar-free yummies. As a picky eater myself, I am excited to share this with my raw plant-based diet friends and their children. By the way, loveeee the illustrations by Lee Libro.

Happy LABOR day to not only the military, but to all GREAT parents out there. You LABOR everyday to do the BEST you can and to raise independent, strong children. Continue to feed them WELL, hydrate with good water and give loving guidance. BE their PARENT and not their FRIEND. They have MANY friends, but only YOU as a parent!

Celery for my bones???
Can't wait to be old enough to eat this celery! The Yummy Tummy Rainbow Garden storybook taught me that CELERY is good for my BONES! In the meantime I'm just gonna gnaw.....
