Kids are often fussy eaters, with a preference for highly processed, quick-fix, non-nutritious foods. Changing this socially accepted attitude can be challenging. From Karen's vast experience with kids and a healthy lifestyle, as noted in her book, she has written a clever, creative, and practical approach for parents and their children.
